Track customers and contacts with Quinata's Contacts Database

Quinata's Contacts Database was developed to keep track of customers, clients or suppliers and the contacts that have been made with them.

The system can attach any contact to one or more categories allowing easy selection of all suppliers or all clients of a certain type. The system allows you to generate mail merged documents or emails to individual contacts or selected groups.

The system also allows documents to be files against a certain contact so it can be used to keep track of all the documents associated with a contact.

It's a multi-user system so several staff can all access the system as necessary.
