Manage stand bookings for events with Quinata's Events Database

Quinata's Events Database was developed to manage stand bookings and customer communications for events such as craft fairs, wedding fairs, computer fairs or other events where customers book stands.

The system records what type of product or service each customer offers so that the number of similar stands at an event can be managed.

It's a multi-user system so several staff can all access the system as necessary.

The system generated invoices and can produce a wide range of reports including customers who have attended an event, those offering selected goods or services or those who have not attended recently.

The system can be output financial data for import to Sage if required
