Track staff training and skills with Quinata's Skills Database.

Quinata's Skills Database was developed to manage staff training records for organisations that need to keep track of staff skills and competences across a wide range of manufacturing or service operations.

The multi-user system stores details of staff members and the operations for which they have been trained. A date by which they must be reassessed or retrained can also be set. If this is done the system will generate a list of training needs in the coming weeks or months so that training can be programmed when required.

The system also generates reports showing who is trained in each team and statistics to help identify training gaps.
